1. When will my order arrive?
Your order is processed in 2–4 business days and delivered in 5–12 business days depending on your location.
You will get tracking updates on email/SMS.
2. How do I track my order?
Go to our Track Order page and enter your Order ID + Email.
Tracking activates once the package is shipped.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD may be available for selected locations. Availability shows at checkout.
4. Are your products true to size?
Yes. Our apparel follows standard Indian sizing.
Please check the Size Guide on each product page.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns only if:
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Misprint / manufacturing defect
✔ Damaged item received
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
We do not accept returns for:
✘ Wrong size chosen
✘ Change of mind
✘ Worn, washed, or used products
6. Can I cancel my order?
If your order is not yet in production, we may cancel it.
Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately at support@luxtriss.com.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we will update your address.
8. What fabric do you use?
We use premium cotton blends:

Hoodies: 320–350 GSM

Oversized tees: 240–260 GSM

Sweatshirts: 300+ GSM
Soft, durable, and long-lasting prints.
9. Are your products printed or embroidered?
We use high-grade DTF printing for vibrant, ultra-detailed artwork that lasts long.
10. How do I wash LUXTRISS apparel?
✔ Cold wash
✔ Inside-out
✔ Do not iron on print
✔ Do not bleach
✔ Air dry recommended
This keeps your prints looking fresh for years.
11. My tracking status is not updating?
Courier partners sometimes delay updates for 24–48 hours.
Your package is still moving.
