Welcome to LUXTRISS™. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. GENERAL

This website is operated by LUXTRISS™.
All products are made on-demand and shipped through our fulfillment partners.

2. PRODUCTS

  • Colors and print may slightly vary due to screen differences.

  • Sizes are mentioned clearly; please check size guide before purchase.

  • Designs are copyrighted and cannot be copied, resold, or reproduced.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • As a POD brand, we only produce items after you order them.

4. SHIPPING

  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days (India)

  • Tracking details are provided once shipped.

  • Delays due to courier issues, weather, or festivals are not controlled by us.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Misprint or manufacturing defect

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size chosen

  • Change of mind

  • Worn or washed items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

6. PAYMENTS

We accept online payments via secure gateways (Shopify Payments / Razorpay / etc.).
Cash on Delivery may or may not be available depending on region.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, product designs, logo, and brand content are the property of LUXTRISS™.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
